Everything was great! The hotel is very comfortable- very nice and modern rooms with fridge.kettle.tea-coffe sugar bags.drinking water.AC.very comfortable beds and very good shower with hot water. They have a nice yard with veranda with fans.chairs.tables.and even a swing. Banana palms with fruit .orchids and other trees and flowers decorate it. Location is good- close to the haurlber.dive centers.beaches.cafes ans shops. The hotel can provide you lunch and dinner of your choice. And great-great thanks to the staff!!! They organised our reservations for the speed boats.gave good advice and helped with everything I felt myself like at home- very friendly home!!! The hotel organises many interesting snorkeling trips! I hope to visit them again!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Beautiful well maintained resort. The staff were friendly at every interaction. The buffet was great, and the drinks, cocktail and wine selection was extensive (Must try the Espresso Martini!). The app makes coordinating everything easy, and shows all of the options across the resort which made it very easy to track bookings and decide what to do.
There are additional excursions, spa treatments and dinner options that are payable as an extra charge to the all inclusive

I loved my stay at the Banyan Villa!!! It was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what i was looking for. The owner and staff are incredibly nice, accommodating and can help you with anything you need (including fresh aloe for sunburns)

Amazing host! We stayed here for 5 nights as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Location right in the small town and close to the jetty and restaurants. We went out on the owers boat 3 times to a sandbank and various snorkel spots and swam with an abundance of marine life! It was amazing! The accommodation had everything we needed, there was a washing machine, common area kitchen and sitting area. Therecare also snorkels, fins and life vests for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Great for diving but not so great for snorkeling. The reef is very far out and at times the current was very strong. Prices for trips to see the whale sharks were quite expensive at 75 USD. And there were tons of other boats at the same spots - very zoo-like. Bikini beach, the only beach you can swim at in only your bathing suit is fairly shallow and windy. The better beach beside it requires you to be clothed. However, the local people are super nice and helpful.EllenCanada - 10Scored 10

Firstly to clarify the resort is located in Theluveligaa, not Dhangethi. Theluveligaa is a small island, I was a solo traveller (mid 30s female) the water villa is amazing and the outside space is spacious with a lot of seating options. I hardly spent time on the beach. The resort itself is very quiet even when full. There are no motorised sports however you can kayak, snorkel and dive (you can get your licence there) and do other trips: Whale Sharks, Mantas, Turtles. The food options are good, drinks are expensive a juice will set you back $18 staff are friendly, especially the dive instructors (Julia & Ebu) and receptionist (Maria) I would definitely recommend this resort and felt safe on my own.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Quiet, lovely colourful houses, quite small but surrounded by other islands. Head for the jetty especially at sunset. Two recommended cafes/ restaurants: Compass with its verandah dining tables where you can watch rays and baby nurse sharks being fed at dusk - the maitre d’ - Sampath was charming and obliging and the food was amazing. Try also the Blue Moon Cafe with the equally charming Anup as maitre d’. Not much coral as the island is surrounded by sea grass

A beautiful location. with some good snorkeling, which is provided by "Mother Nature" not the resort. In all other respects the resort is poor to terrible. We paid £10,500 for 10 days A.I.P; party of 4 in two poorly maintained Jacuzzi water villas. (Not a Jacuzzi- brand name - a Sovereign Spa Hot tub.) Some services offered simply don't work, and management are fully aware of this but continue to advertise. Guests are treated with disdain and rudeness by client relations team/management who are not visible. Included trips - Sunset Punch / Dhangethi are an excuse to try and take some more cash from their guests. They offer only excuses...."we are on an island so it is difficult to.....(insert complaint here)" "All Inclusive MInus" is a better description of their package. Got much better service, food, accommodation and customer care in Mauritius/Zanzibar/Thailand/Florida/Dubai/Turkey/Madeira/Cyprus/ Marakech etc etc.

The great place to just relax and do nothing. Its a small island so don't expect very busy night life. But the beach is great, local snorkeling and diving is great. Local people are great. So a must see location.

We get a welcome drink and cold toweld when we arrived. Then we were invited by the Hotel for a Cocktail Party- very great!!! The food was so so delicious. we enjoyed an italian, maldives and mediterran night for dinner. the wohl stuff, espacially the Restaurant Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Thanks to you all. we will never forget our memories here.

He feels responsible for your pleasure during the stay. He can arrange the best trips like whaleshark tour, manta ray, swimming with turtles and takes you to local coral reef and sandbank. we became friends and we will for certain return if we visit the Maledives again! We have nice under watervideo made by him to remember our stay. He's an excelent freediver.
