The staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Food was delicious and produce was fresh. Would book using the site instead of booking.

I’m forgetful and left stuff laying around on the roof like my coverup and cigarettes and they were returned to me like immediately before I even noticed I left them. left my shirt in the bedding by accident upon leaving and they texted me to let me know so I could pick it up. just overall awesome helpful staff that made my stay great and amazingly beautiful facilities. food was actually really decent too. wish they had a more middle eastern or Mediterranean menu instead of burgers just because of the theme of the hotel but overall amazing stay. I’d stay again for sure

Located in Tulum town, Casa Abanico Tulum offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a communal kitchen with free coffee and purified water for guests. The Tulum Mayan Ruins are a 10-minute drive away. Amazing place! It is very charming, cute and relaxing. In good location in the center of town, not far from the Ado bus terminal and the collectivo to the Tulum ruins. The room was really comfortable and clean with a lot of charm. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the property. The owner was super nice and easy going.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. Excellent location (ADO Main Bus Terminal is a short walking distance and Collective stations), TULUM Beach is So Beautiful, Based on the Hotel host Christian and partner Advice, We did Tulum Ruins and then walk 1 km to Tulum Paradise Beach Club, The Beach, White sand, Palm trees, Turquoise Water So Beautiful (It will be Mistake to do a Daytrip from Playa d Carmen), CENOTE DOS OHOS & CENOTE CALAVERA We get information from the Host, Excellent ! Everything was great from start to finish. The lady from reception contacted me before I arrived to check on me and see if I needed anything. The rooms are amazing, the shower was the best I had so far, the rooftop pool was great to relax, and the staff was very friendly as well. They gave us some information about what to do and eat etc. I highly recommend if you visit Tulum.
