I’m forgetful and left stuff laying around on the roof like my coverup and cigarettes and they were returned to me like immediately before I even noticed I left them. left my shirt in the bedding by accident upon leaving and they texted me to let me know so I could pick it up. just overall awesome helpful staff that made my stay great and amazingly beautiful facilities. food was actually really decent too. wish they had a more middle eastern or Mediterranean menu instead of burgers just because of the theme of the hotel but overall amazing stay. I’d stay again for sure

Matatagpuan sa Tulum, 6 km ang layo mula sa Tulum Archeological Site, ang Hotel Bardo ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may restaurant, libre at pribadong paradahan, outdoor swimming pool, at bar. I really don’t know where to start. We were staying at Bardo while our honey moon. From the service to the amenities It’s the best hotel Iv’e ever been to. It’s so beautiful everything, it smells so good, the service and the vibe of the people there is just amazing. The design is exquisite! The food in the restaurant is great and there are few options for vegans. We had small issue during the check in (which wasn’t an issue at all for us) and they went above and beyond to please us. We had such a great time there that we cancelled the all inclusive resort in Cancun that we booked for the last days of our honeymoon and we are going back to Bardo.

Offering a rooftop solarium,Azura Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Tulum where you can find restaurants and shops, and just a 15-minute bike ride from the tropical beach. Super nice apartments. The kitchen is fully stocked. All very clean, and very quiet. Great hotel for divers, if they need to start early.

Located in Tulum town, Casa Abanico Tulum offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a communal kitchen with free coffee and purified water for guests. The Tulum Mayan Ruins are a 10-minute drive away. Stayed 4 nights. Location was close to Downtown Tulum, close to the ADO, walking distance to restaurants. Great kitchen with water, and fridge. Daily house keeping. The building itself is lovely. Staff were friendly and multi-lingual. Off the mainstreet which was great, provided us with advice about where to rent bikes and buy supplies. Air con in the rooms. Good value for money considering Tulum is expensive everywhere. We found the place quite peaceful.

Well located in Tulum, KAHATSA' boutique hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a terrace. Everything was great from start to finish. The lady from reception contacted me before I arrived to check on me and see if I needed anything. The rooms are amazing, the shower was the best I had so far, the rooftop pool was great to relax, and the staff was very friendly as well. They gave us some information about what to do and eat etc. I highly recommend if you visit Tulum.
