We absolutely loved this stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Food was delicious and produce was fresh. Would book using the site instead of booking.

I’m forgetful and left stuff laying around on the roof like my coverup and cigarettes and they were returned to me like immediately before I even noticed I left them. left my shirt in the bedding by accident upon leaving and they texted me to let me know so I could pick it up. just overall awesome helpful staff that made my stay great and amazingly beautiful facilities. food was actually really decent too. wish they had a more middle eastern or Mediterranean menu instead of burgers just because of the theme of the hotel but overall amazing stay. I’d stay again for sure

I really don’t know where to start. We were staying at Bardo while our honey moon. From the service to the amenities It’s the best hotel Iv’e ever been to. It’s so beautiful everything, it smells so good, the service and the vibe of the people there is just amazing. The design is exquisite! The food in the restaurant is great and there are few options for vegans. We had small issue during the check in (which wasn’t an issue at all for us) and they went above and beyond to please us. We had such a great time there that we cancelled the all inclusive resort in Cancun that we booked for the last days of our honeymoon and we are going back to Bardo.

Offering a rooftop solarium,Azura Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Tulum where you can find restaurants and shops, and just a 15-minute bike ride from the tropical beach. Great location. Very clean. Very helpful

It is very charming, cute and relaxing. In good location in the center of town, not far from the Ado bus terminal and the collectivo to the Tulum ruins. The room was really comfortable and clean with a lot of charm. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the property. The owner was super nice and easy going.

Everything was great from start to finish. The lady from reception contacted me before I arrived to check on me and see if I needed anything. The rooms are amazing, the shower was the best I had so far, the rooftop pool was great to relax, and the staff was very friendly as well. They gave us some information about what to do and eat etc. I highly recommend if you visit Tulum.
